DD West LLP has extensive experience dealing with legal issues pertaining to the planning, construction, and operation of municipal infrastructure. We have worked with regulatory bodies, engineers, and accountants to plan for water and wastewater treatment plants, roads, and bridges.

We have appeared before municipal boards regarding funding applications for the creation of municipal infrastructure and for the setting of rates for water and sewer utilities.

We have the focus and the knowledge to assist our clients from the beginning of the process in obtaining a site, to obtaining funding, the reviewing of contracts/tender, and all others matters required to bring a facility to completion.

Our experience also encompasses P3s with respect to the financing of municipal infrastructure.
